Due to recent changes to international shipping with Australia Post, we’re unable to send parcels to the United States at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
The following processing times are a guide only. We always strive to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Please note: order processing times are separate from shipping times. Selecting Express Post will only expedite shipping, not reduce processing time.
Banners + Apparel
Processing time: 3–4 weeks + shipping time.
Fairy Mail
Processing time: 2-3 weeks + shipping time.
Standard Prints (No Customisation)
Processing time: 7 business days + shipping time.
Please be aware that during peak periods (e.g., sales events, Easter, Christmas), processing times may be longer than usual. If there is a delay or higher-than-usual order volume, please check the announcement banner on our homepage for updates.

All Petalfolk Everkeep orders are lovingly prepared in our Queensland studio and shipped via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been lodged.
Your order will arrive flat (never rolled), with each item carefully produced and packaged in our studio.
Please note: Petalfolk Everkeep cannot be held responsible for delays or loss once parcels leave our studio. Shipping providers handle transit times.

New Zealand: $15 AUD Standard Shipping, $18 AUD Express Shipping
United States: $20 AUD Standard Shipping (SHIPPING TO U.S. CURRENTLY PAUSED)
Canada: $22 AUD Standard Shipping
Europe: $24 AUD Standard Shipping
Rest of World: $34 AUD Standard Shipping
