Caring for Your Keepsakes

Printed Pieces

• Wash and dry your hands before handling.

• Avoid touching the main printed area to preserve detail.

• Display away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Fabric Banners & Apparel

• Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth if needed.

• Line dry in the shade.

• Warm iron on reverse if needed (avoid ironing directly over prints or trims).

Keepsake Mail (Fairy, Princess, Seasonal)

• For display only - not a toy.

• Keep away from moisture, direct sunlight, and little hands.

• Store flat or in a keepsake box when not on display.

Many of our pieces can be personalised with a name, date, or other details.

We copy these exactly as you provide them at checkout, so please double-check all spelling and grammar before placing your order.

If you need to make a change, email us at hello@petalfolkeverkeep.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if your order hasn’t yet been processed.

Yes, we can send your order directly to the recipient.

Simply leave a note at checkout, and we’ll prepare it ready for gifting. We may contact you to confirm details before sending.

Damages in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damage to hello@petalfolkeverkeep.com within 2 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to help.

Because each piece is printed or handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please choose carefully, as we cannot alter your order once production has begun.
